Shipping policy
We deliver BeUNIQ rugs across the UK and to selected international destinations, including Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia.
Dispatch
Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days, subject to product availability.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and any available tracking information.
Estimated delivery times
The following delivery times apply after your order has been dispatched:

These are estimated delivery times rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of customs clearance, courier delays, severe weather, busy seasonal periods, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Where a more specific delivery estimate is shown at checkout or provided for your order, that estimate should be treated as the most relevant estimate for your destination.
UK deliveries
Most UK orders arrive approximately 3–5 working days after the order is placed, including processing and delivery time.
Delivery time is not determined simply by the distance from our London base. Courier networks, destination postcodes and local delivery services can affect the final delivery time.
Some remote, island or carrier-restricted UK postcodes may require additional time.
International deliveries
International orders normally require additional transit time and may also be subject to customs processing in the destination country.

Delivery costs
United Kingdom, USA & Canada
Delivery is free on orders over £50.
Orders under £50 are subject to a delivery charge, which will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Europe & Australia
Delivery charges apply to all orders.
The exact delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout based on the destination and order details.
Customs, duties & import taxes
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any applicable:

These charges are not included in our product prices or delivery charges unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

Product availability
Our normal dispatch time is 2–3 working days, subject to product availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If we are unable to fulfil the order, you will receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
Tracking your order
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Delayed deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
International customers should also allow for possible customs processing delays.
