Refund policy

We accept 14 days of return after the item is delivered. If the customer decides to return the item for any reason, this needs to be informed beforehand for arrangement. After processing a refund will be issued and the postage fee will be deducted.

The returned item(s) need to be unused and in the same condition and packing. The return shipping cost is on the customer. 

 

International Returns: United States & Canada

Customers in the United States and Canada may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Returns are handled by mail.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 2 business days.
